初一英语学期教学计划

我们学校初一年级英语组将认真贯彻和落实20__年县英语教研组工作会议精神,本学期工作计划将继续以课程改革为中心,围绕课改完善和深科教学常规,进行课改研究和专题研究等活动,增强全体组的质量意识、课改意识、创新意识和发展意识。

1、更新观念,提高认识,改变教学方式

认真初中《英语导学》和有关现代教育教学理论。教师要彻底改变传统的师生观、教学观、人才观。教学从的学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发,倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径,发展学生综合语言运用能力,使语言学习的过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成自主学习能力的过程。

2、充分发挥备课组力量

为适应素质教育的发展及的需要,我们要认真学习《英语新课程标准》,认真钻研教材,实行集体说课、备课。备课尽量做到节节集体备课,地点就在英语组办公室。在个人说课的基础上,进行集体备课,统一每课时的教学目的和要求,单元的重、难点,知识讲练的深度与广度,选择恰当的教学方法,做到练习一致,测试一致。平时积极探讨,相互交流,有经验及时,有问题及时解决。

3、认真上好牛津版初中英语教材,完成整个学期的教学任务

同时进一步激发学生的英语学习动机,提高他们的学习兴趣,使他们具有较强的自主学习意识。能在教师的帮助下计划、组织和实施各种英语学习活动。能主动扩展和利用学习资源,从多渠道获取。能根据自我评价结果调整学习目标和策略。能体会交际中语言的文化内涵和背景。复习巩固语言基础知识,注重过程性评价,培养学生的听、说、读、写能力。

4、突出教学重点,攻克教学难点

突出教学内容的重点:听力、口语、词汇、句型、语法、阅读、书面表达贯穿整个教学过程。每周定时上口语课;每天进行单词、短语、句子的听写和课堂过关测试;每堂课进行随堂听力训练和句型、语法练习;同时通过课外作业对单词、句型及语法进行巩固性练习;每单元进行一次单元综合测验,以提高学生在完形填空、阅读理解、书面表达等各方面的能力。

5、课后做好不同层次学生的辅导工作。

尤其要关心后进生,厚爱特困生,积极投入到爱心帮扶活动中去。

要重兴趣、重方法、求稳定、求实效,避免出现大批掉队和过早分化现象。对英语学习水平不同的学生,要做好"培优补差"。在上好课的同时,我们全备课组教师也积极参加各种教科研活动,从而不断提升自己的专业素养!

七年级英语期末考试复习计划

临近期末,面对复习。说实在的,对于一个新老师来说,我有点束手无策。除了利用学校提供的复习方法,以下是我个人复习计划。初一下册英语共十二个单元,时间紧、任务重。我们新课结束,还剩四天的复习时间。如何合理的利用这四天时间,以下是我个人的安排。

一、根据章节先把相同知识点归类。

事先要对教材知识点进行横向的把握,这样有利于明确复习方向,提高复习效率。或许我们可以从这两个方面著手:

1.词汇的归类总结。语言学家Harmer认为“如果说结构是语言的骨骼,词汇就是最重的器官和血肉”词汇的积累和扩大始终是我们要关注的重点,这就决定了检测词汇很重要,关乎到学生对四会词语的基本使用。我们一天复习三单元,这其中就包括三个单元的单词,课文、知识点。我们是通过命题式的竞赛写相同种类的词或使用powerpoint做竞赛式的抢答来达到对单元词汇的初步巩固。这两种方法都可以充分让学生使用脑子,动起手把知识有效地输出。

2.相似词句的归类,对比性地归纳,要着重与词类用法的检测。通过最接近考试题型的笔头反复操练就能达到强化提高语法题目的解题技巧。我个人觉得这个部分的检测不宜放太大的难度,毕竟考试是面对全体学生,测试的目的是要让他们学有所长学有所成。培养学生创新的实践能力在此尤为值得我们关注了。

二、反复的练习是加以巩固学生对重点内容的最佳方法。

练习要注意多变性及灵活性。我们的测试目的始终以检查学生对知识的掌握是否达到考纲要求为目的的,但是也不能忽视对不同学生优势培训。我大致的分类——四个不同等级。

①选择题类型.难度低,适合检查全体学生对重点知识点的掌握情况,故可以放在第一次的复习课中;

②句型转换. 难道适中,此句型多会在同义句或画线提问的形式出现,可以考测学生对重点句型的认知深度;

③翻译题,难度较大,这种题目既考学生对词组的熟练程度,也考学生对词组的应用能力,这是属于我们说的另一种拓展题目了。

④作文操练。考学生的对词组的综合操控能了。本人建议可以布置为1分钟的口语测试。由于不仅提高学生的口语表达能力,还提高听力能力。
