Do you know about the flu? The flu germs usually spread quickly. In winter, lots of people may get the flu. If you do get sick, do you know what to do? Here are some tips.

Drink lots of water. Water is good for your body especially (尤其) when you get the flu.

Get plenty of sleep and take it easy. If you can’t sleep, you can listen to music, watch a movie or read a book to relax yourself.

一、指导思想

二、八年级英语教学的目标及地位

使学生有较明确的英语学习动机和积极主动的学习态度;能听懂教师对有关认识话题的陈述并能参与讨论;能读供七至八年级学生阅读的简朴读物和克服生词障碍,理解大意;能根据阅读目的而运用适当的阅读策略;能与他人合作,解决问题,共同完成学习任务;能在学习中互相帮助,克服困难;能合理计划学习内容和积极探索适合自己的学习方法;能在学习和日常交际中留意到中外文化的差异。八年级英语教学在整个英语教学中起着至关重要的作用。

三、学生情况简要分析

本学期我依然上(1)、(2)班,通过七年级整年和八年级上学期的'英语学习,大多数学生已能听懂有关熟悉话题的语句。能与教师或同学就熟悉的话题交换信息。能读懂一些简单的英语文段。但由于各种因素的影响,学生总体的基础明显的参差不齐,;有少数学生因为基础不够好,学习很吃力而自暴自弃,这给教学带来不少困难。但大部分学生有明确的学习目标,有一定的自觉性,学生的纪律总体还是不错,这样为学生的学习打下了良好的基础。

另外,学生在情感态度以及学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习、课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不留意知识的巩固和积累。

四、提高教学质量的措施

1、认真钻研教材,提高自己驾驭教材的能力;不断学习,加强自身素质和业务能力的提高。

2、积极参与课堂改革,将学生充分调动起来;

3、准确引导尖子生,抓好中等生,辅导好学困生;

4、作业做到及时批改,发现问题及时反馈或单独辅导;

5、认真备课,认真指导,尽量提高四十五分钟的效率;

6、天天背诵课文中的重要语段,培养语感;

7、规定早读内容,加强监督,保证早读效果。

8、坚持单元检测、月考的形成性评价制度,在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围,培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识;

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导,为他们终身学习奠定基础;

10、充分利用现代教育技术,利用计算机和多媒体教学软件,开发英语教学资源,拓宽学生学习渠道,改进学生学习方式,提高教学质量。
